And now…Google Voice
I have just discovered Google Voice….I’m liking it! 
In a nutshell, you sign up for a Google Voice phone number, and associate it with one or all of your personal phone numbers. Give out your Google Voice phone number to friends/etc and when they call that number, the call is sent to your “real” phone number.
You can place calls from your Google Voice number from your mobile phone, too. Just call your Google Voice number, and choose Option 2 to place a call.
Kewl!!!! Easy!!!!
When you click this widget below, you will enter your phone number and Google Voice will act as an operator. “She” will call you and will connect you to me.
On your online journal or in a voicemail or whatever you want…
Google Voice saves your voicemails AND transcribes them. !!!! It’s not entirely accurate. The transcription for my voicemail (above) was:

What I actually said was:

It’s still a cool feature! (Among the many cool features!)
Yes, I am a whore for Google. 
Which brings me to another thought…I am thinking (just thinking!) about getting an iPhone. Maybe once I get some bills in order, I will reward myself with an iPhone. It doesn’t have to be the latest/greatest one either, but…it’s about time for me to start feeding my inner gadget geek.
